Fear to freedom~ Kim listened very carefully to me & helped me move from fear ~ of riding my bike~ to confidence & a new freedom. I was fearful, because my partner died from biking accident. During that time, my granddaughter was diagnosed with cancer. She is now cancer free & the nonprofit that served her best, is Pablove. Now I have the opportunity & join their 390 mile ride to fight pediatric cancer with love. .. & my own healing. Since my hypnosis, my confidence, speed & biking abilities have soared .. . Kim is a lifesaver. The work she did with my daughter helped her not only learn how to manage anxiety/stress which caused her to pull her hair out but also understand what was causing her to be anxious.  We had been to several therapist and no one could help. Kim identified immediately my daughter was not on the right medication and with her help we were able to get her on the correct medication. The verbal therapy and hypnotherapy helped my daughter learn to cope with everyday life. Today my daughter is back in charge of her own life. She is off the medication and when she feels anxious or stressed she listens to her recordings and takes what she learned to help calm herself down. Her hair has grown back and she feels more confident in herself.  I don’t know what we would have done had we not found Kim.  Thank you Kim for everything! ❤️

This was my first experience working with a hypnotherapist and Kim could not have been a better one to work with. She was thorough in the process and took her time to know about my background as well as the challenges I was facing. We had had several sessions since then, and I can truly say that I have seen noticeable improvement. It has been wonderful working with Kim. Josie M. After only 5 sessions, Kim has helped me immensely in dealing with 2 family deaths (my sister & mom) that took place 6-months apart of each other. After each appointment, I felt "lighter" in spirit, attitude and mind. With Kim's guidance in having me do some work on my own (meditation, free writing, letter writing, exercise, etc.) PLUS the relaxing hypnotherapy and past life regressions we've done during several appts, not to mention having the fantastic recordings of our sessions together that I can listen to on my own -- well, I have been extremely impressed by Kim and feel super grateful for all of her help. Giselle R. My mother found Kim for me during a time I really needed help. I have struggled with Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, and even an Eating Disorder for a long time and have seen many people for what I struggle with. I have gone to many different therapists but no one has been able to truly help me the way Kim has. Her recordings have helped with my sleep tremendously! I approached Kim 2 weeks before a competition for my high school robotics team. She quickly fit us into her schedule and developed a session specifically designed for them (to help them deal with competition anxiety). She was wonderful, sympathetic and extremely professional. The team listens to the tape over and over and all feel like it has helped them to relax. Thank you Kim!

I needed a push to lose up to 20 pounds in just a few weeks. Kim was able to guide me to the results I wanted … and beyond. I am still losing but now my habits of eating and exercising are just plain fun. NO LOOKING BACK. Thanks to Kim I’ve got my weight issues under control. FYI: I’m 70 and slowing down so was rough to push myself. Kim stayed supportive even today with her follow ups..

Kim is a miracle worker! Although I hold a terminal degree & have deep understanding about change theory, I needed Kim to implement change. My practitioner, Kim, delivered what she promised. I’d been stuck in a rut with negative thinking about an experience that I’d conceptualized as traumatic. And for me, it was traumatic. The “therapy” in hypnotherapy was just that. Kim listened as I presented my experience and thought process. She helped me to restructure how I was thinking about my situation and highlighted the importance of letting it go. She then provided the hypnosis which, to me, served as a kind of sealant for the work she did in the talking portion of the session. Two of the manifestations of how I was thinking about the experience I went in to process, left me battling sleeplessness and a pain in my arm from an old injury. Kim’s hypnosis helped me to release the energy that was causing the insomnia as well as the energy that was producing the physical pain. Since that session, I’ve found relief and I’ve been back to work on other things as well. In addition to that Kim checked in on me a few times after the sessions to see how I was doing. She is professional and caring and I know I’ll be back.
